Some concern was raised at District meetings about
the format of the newsletter. Efforts have been made to address
those concerns. Because making these documents available in
digital format is significantly less expensive, the district
has elected to make this the sole source for the district newsletter.
Welcome to the 21st Century!
These documents are provided in PDF format specifically to
prevent variances in HTML browsers, print drivers and monitor
resolution settings from causing them to print incorrectly.
This is the only way to standardize this. Each
newsletter has been reformated and repaginated to reduce "white
space" when
viewing
or printing. Each individual newsletter is 0.5 megabytes (500
kilobytes) or less in size. This is a very small data size,
so that even
users on dial up connections can download them in a short period
of time. At 56K you should be able to download each individual
file in 10-15 seconds. If you wish, you may download the Microsoft
Word Version of these newsletters and format them, as you wish
before printing.
