Events

Each club in District 6880 meets weekly, as required by Rotary International Rules. You can use this list to find out when and where each club meets. If you don't see your club listed, log in and create an entry. When doing so, you'll need to remember the following:

• You must be logged in to create events. Login in the upper right hand corner.
• Navigate via the main menu at the top to Calendar / Club Meetings.
• Click on the Icon in the upper right hand of the Events box under the main menu
• Before filling out your club's meeting information, you must create a 'Venue' (Submit New Venue) for the meetings to take place in, unless the venue has already been created (look for it in the Select option). Be sure to put the address, including zip code, so the system can generate an accurate map. Remember, the information here is not about your club, but the venue in which your meetings occur. The name and full address are the most important things here.
• After creating the venue, you may need to click on the Icon again to open the event creator again.
• Title your Event with your club's complete name 'Rotary Club of Somewhere' or 'Sunrise Rotary of Somwhere' which ever is most accurate.
• Select the venue you just created.
• Enter the date of the next club meeting to occur for the beginning and end date.
• Indicate the start and end times
• BE SURE TO SELECT 'WEEKLY' IN THE REPETITION BOX, OR YOU CLUB'S MEETING WILL NOT CONTINUE TO SHOW UP IN THE FUTURE!
• Enter in the 'Description' area any information about your club you want the world to know.
• Be sure to click on 'SAVE' in the upper right hand corner to create your club's meeting event.
